On March 21st 2023, DEC Anbalaya has observed the day for World Down Syndrome, by emphasizing that the people with disabilities have the right to be treated fairly and have the same opportunities as every one else, working with others to improve their lives. This day was observed with a theme "with us not for us" advocating rights for the benefit of the differently abled and to make them socially par with all people.
