DEC – AnbalayaA celebrated women’s day on 11th March 2021 with the team of chief guests invited from local police station Inspector Ms. Sheela Mary and Dr. Ezhil, Gynaecologist, Ezhil Hospital.
Women's empowerment is the world's empowerment.
The principal and correspondent, Ms.Arokia Mary shared about women’s day and the importance of the day. Ms. Sheela Mary, Inspector shared about the laws for women and her personal experience on safety issues and handling the situations. Dr. Ezhil addressed women and child health especially about the mothers of special children. The guests were greeted with our vocational bouquet product and shield. Before that with the internship trainees, Ms.Stephie and Jaya Sheela, DEC staff performed a street play to emphasize the importance of women in society. At the end of the session, the audience spends their time meaningfully. Hence the Women’s day went on knowledge way.
