Teachers are the enlighteners. Especially for our children with special needs, a teacher is not only a TUTOR but also a mother to take care of the personal and social-emotional needs of the children. To honour our teachers and helpers, DEC celebrated teachers' day on the 14th of September 2022. The students appreciated and thanked the teachers by offering them flowers, sweets and gifts.
The teachers were taken for a trip to the Valparai area near Coimbatore where they stayed together, had fun, and enjoyed nature’s green beauty.
We thank the teachers for their tireless, timeless service towards the welfare of the special children
