Exploring Opportunities - 18.12.2023

A seminar organized by DEC for professionals, parents, and NGOS on exploring employment opportunities for persons with intellectually challenged. There are 50 members from different organization throughout TamilNadu attended and the meeting enlightened them on employability training, strategies, job coaching, placements, etc. The HR professionals, from Lemon Tree, Amazon, and Splus channels also shared their candidates from ANBALAYA and the successful parents explained the traveling with Anbalaya till the placements. At the end of the meeting set a goal for the participants to plan with their team to follow with Anbalaya towards employing the persons with intellectual challenges. This Seminar is another achievement to DEC.
