Employability Training - Job Readiness Program 19.02.2025

The goal of this program was to help individuals with special needs and multiple disorders build the skills and confidence needed to find jobs in industries like food & beverage, retail, and housekeeping, amazon. The program focused on training, motivation, and preparing them for the workplace.

Program Activities

We invited past participants (alumni) who have successfully found jobs to share their stories. Their experiences helped motivate and inspire our current participants, showing them that they, too, can succeed.

We gave a session on the basic rules of working in a job, such as how to behave, communicate, and work with others in a professional setting.

This program successfully provided valuable training and motivation for individuals with special needs. By combining job skills with personal encouragement, we have helped participants build the confidence they need to succeed in the workforce. Their progress and the alumni’s success stories show that with the right support, anyone can achieve their goals.
