The fourth batch of Employability training started with the parent's meeting held on 4.10.2023 The training is on retail sales and Food and beverage. Danita, the project coordinator, Aishwarya, the Job coach, handled the sessions. The introduction of the nature of training and the expected role on trainees is explained to the participants. Mr. Prabhakaran, the founder of, DEC has concluded the session with a sharing on the Responsibility of the parents in the training and placements.
