DEC motivated our students’ parents towards vaccination. We aimed at creating awareness on the benefits whilst also trying to quash the notion about widespread misinformation. We succeeded by getting the approval of the parents to get their children vaccinated. We organised Vaccination Camp at our two centers on 11th July 2021 for first dose . 30 of our adult trainees received vaccination doses and this helped us to reach their neighbours and help them get vaccinated. When the side effects of the vaccine affected a few of our children, we paid special attention to them by giving nutritional foods and additional medical support. The second dose is scheduled on 10.10.2021. Thus DEC hold hands with Govt in the vaccination Campaign.
