The Christmas celebration is a festival attraction to children. The North Chennai Malayalees Association Celebrated Christmas with Anbalaya in Thiruvottiur. The carols, children's nativity, scene, dance and Christmas message engaged the group. Fr Benny Lawrence, Asst parish priest from St Pauls's Church blessed the children and Santa shared sweets and gifts with the children.
On the 22nd Anbalaya Rural Centre had a Christmas celebration with the Rotaract Club in Thiruvellur. They donated snacks and gifts to the children. The carols by staff are very encouraging, Fr. Xavier from the Blessed Sacrament community has delivered Christmas messages and blessings. The children enjoyed with Santa. The sponsors Mr. Joseph and family shared night dinner.
